Tentative schedule:
After liturgy- attend our parish Welcome Back BBQ!
12:40- Meet in the Small hall after parish BBQ
12:45-1:15 - Introduction and ice breaker lead by Fr. Vasili.
Collect your tickets and break into groups according to your chosen first activity. It is encouraged to stay with your group through the first activity.
1:30 - Depart St. Demetrios together (in your own car).
2:15/2:30- Meet your assigned group at Kimball Farms - meeting spot TBD and shared before departing St. Demetrios.
