Donna Elias, Youth Coordinator for St. Demetios Church

First, allow me to extend my heartfelt greetings to the entire community of St. Demetrios of Weston.  My name is Donna Elias and I was asked by Father Nick Krommydas to come together with your beautiful community to assist in fostering growth in your parish’s youth. 

I am a third year education major at Hellenic College in Brookline, Massachusetts and have experience working with children of all ages. 

It is our duty as Orthodox Christians to reach out to our young people and ensure that they continue to grow through the knowledge of their faith.  This, in combination with fun and fellowship, will surely produce endless success. 

I would truly appreciate assistance of any kind while working to build this program.  It is my hope that through the use of the talents and gifts of all involved that a solid plan for our youth will emerge.   

Again, I look forward to meeting all of you and working with you to guide the youth of St. Demetrios of Weston to grow in their lives towards Christ.
