For Our Precious Children

Over the last two weeks, our children and grandchildren have once again ventured out into the sometimes overwhelming world of schoo-buses, challenging classes and demanding fall schedules.  They have to deal with a lot: new schools, sports pressures, unfamiliar schedules, those teachers they're "not quite sure about," and challenging relationships with their peers.  It's not only a busy time of year, but even if they don't tell you, it can be scary for them.  There are many unknowns and it's not always easy to fit in and still be yourself.  For all of our parish children, from those in Pre-K to high school, let's all pray for their...

Safety

Growth

Courage

Faithfulness

Patience

Strength

Happiness

Confidence

Compassion
